- Items should be in their original state, just as you received them.
- Don't worry about any extra costs — all shipping and return fees are on us, whether it's your original order or a return/exchange.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right immediately, replacing it and covering all costs, free of charge.
- To get started, just contact us with your "order number" and a few "photos" of the product — we'll take care of the rest.
